Bigos Management is monitoring and consistently updating our operations in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. We have to take these actions to protect our residents, our employees, and our communities. With over 9,000 apartments under our care, we are working hard to continue to provide service to our residents, all while respecting the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), and other government leaders.

While we are not currently conducting in-person tours of our apartment communities, we are here to answer any of your questions via chat, email, and telephone. We will also happily provide you with photos and videos to help with your apartment search. We are here for you and are ready to help you find your next apartment.

We provide our new customers with the most flexibility we can offer during these challenging times. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your apartment home within 30 days of viewing your home for the first time, you may opt-out of your lease.*
