Residents are responsible for electricity. Costs are variable dependent on usage and/or bill back. Utility processing fee = $3.50 per month.

First vehicle in the parking ramp is available for residents at $60. An additional parking spot is $110 and a reserved spot is $145. Motorcycle parking is available in the garage at $50. 

We are a 100% smoke-free community.

We offer an extensive list of services for residents, including a LuxerOne package system, online rent payment, on-site maintenance, 24 hour emergency maintenance, professional on-site management and more.

Furnished apartments are not available, but Bigos Management is happy to point you in the right direction for local furniture options.

Corporate housing is available for an added fee. Please contact the Property Manager for more details.

You are required throughout the term of your lease to purchase and maintain a renters personal liability policy with liability coverage of $100,000.

While we only require personal liability insurance, we highly recommend you obtain coverage for your personal property as well.

Yes - storage is available at $15/month.
