We charge an application fee of $35 per applicant, a deposit of $400, and an administration fee of $150. The application fee is non-refundable upon application, the deposit and admin fee are non-refundable upon approval.

We offer 12-month lease terms on new leases, other terms may be available.

Residents are responsible for electricity. Costs are variable dependent on usage and/or bill back. Utility processing fee = $3.50 per month.

First vehicle free in the parking ramp is available for residents. An additional parking spot is $110 and a reserved spot is $145. All vehicles must be registered prior to receiving the parking card.

We are a 100% smoke-free community.

We offer an extensive list of services for residents, including a LuxerOne package system, online rent payment, on-site maintenance, 24 hour emergency maintenance, professional on-site management and more.

Furnished apartments are not available, but Bigos Management is happy to point you in the right direction for local furniture options.

Corporate housing is available for an added fee. Please contact the Property Manager for more details.

You are required throughout the term of your lease to purchase and maintain a renters personal liability policy with liability coverage of $100,000.

While we only require personal liability insurance, we highly recommend you obtain coverage for your personal property as well.
